One text = one message to one person, up to 160 characters. Texting 200 people uses 200 texts. Longer messages count as one text per 160 characters — and any emoji drops that to 70, so a message with a single 🙂 can cost twice as much to send.

Credit/debit rates (1.95% for paid plans, 2.45% for the free plan) are available only to qualified non-profit organizations, charities and religious organizations that meet Visa and Mastercard eligibility for non-profit rates. All other organizations receive our rate of 2.89% + $0.25. Accounts with less than $500 per month in volume may be subject to a $10 monthly minimum processing fee. Additional fees may apply for chargebacks or PCI non-compliance. Full details are disclosed at time of application.
ACH Direct Debit is 0.25% and is currently available in the United States only.
Free data migration requires that your current platform allows you to export your data. Most do, but we can't guarantee all do.
Once you subscribe, we never raise the price you pay. Changing your plan or add-ons is subject to current pricing.
