One text = one message to one person, up to 160 characters. Texting 200 people uses 200 texts. Longer messages count as one text per 160 characters — and any emoji drops that to 70, so a message with a single 🙂 can cost twice as much to send.

Free data migration requires that your current platform allows you to export your data. Most do, but we can't guarantee all do.
Once you subscribe, we never raise the price you pay. Changing your plan or add-ons is subject to current pricing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which features do I get?
All of them. Every paid plan includes every feature we make. Plans differ only by how many contacts and files you need. The only separate charge is text messaging (optional add-on), because carriers bill us per message.
What is considered a "contact"?
Each person in your database — guest, member, attender or family member. You'll always have more contacts than attenders, so we're generous with the limits. Archived contacts don't count against your plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. No contracts. Each billing cycle is prepaid, so once you cancel you keep access until the end of the current cycle.
Why isn't Connection Card Pro modular?
Modular platforms look cheaper until you add up the pieces you actually use. Ours are interconnected on purpose — a check-in records attendance, a gift posts to your ledger, a form triggers a follow-up. Splitting that apart would make the product worse and your bill bigger.
How do I switch from another Platform?
We have built-in import tools for Planning Center, Excel and most other systems. If you get stuck, or have specific needs, our team will help you move-in at no charge on any paid plan.
Do you charge per user?
Never. Get every staff member, ministry leader and volunteer into the system without watching a meter. Paid plans have no admin user limit at all.
