Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your subscription at anytime, there are no contractual obligations. Each billing cycle is prepaid, once cancelled, you will still have access until the end of the current cycle.
Are all features available for all plans?
Yes! All churches, big or small, may have need for the same features. So every plan includes all features! There are also a couple additional services which can be added to any of our plans, but these are completely optional.
Why isn't Connection Card Pro modular?
Two reasons. First, modular platforms appear more affordable, you "only pay for what you need", but once you add each piece you need, you end up paying much more. Second, one of the major features of Connection Card Pro is that everything is interconnected, saving you time and eliminating duplicated work! It's a hassle when using multiple systems that don't talk to each other, but it's even worse when using multiple modules in the same system which don't talk to each other.
Which payment methods do you take?
You can pay using credit or debit card and will be automatically billed each billing cycle. No hassle! Your information is safe and secure, and your card number is never stored on our servers.
What is considered a "contact"?
Each person in your database (whether a guest, member, attender, family member, etc.) is a "contact". Some other platforms don't have your growth in mind, but we know that you will always have substantially more contacts than you have members or even attenders. That's why we are generous with how many contacts each plan can have. (Archived contacts do not count against your plan limits.)
How can I switch from another Platform?
Switching from one ChMS to another is always a big task! But, Connection Card Pro makes it easy! We have a number of import tools built-in to help you import from Planning Center, Excel, or any other system you're currently using. Our dedicated staff are also standing by ready to assist with your move-in.
