The Events List gives you one place to manage upcoming, past and archived Events along with many of the tools connected to registrations.
It uses Connection Card Pro's standard List interface while adding Event-specific features such as Event Categories, child Events, Performances, registration status, capacity, seating tools and Event management actions.
This guide focuses on those Event-specific tools. General Search, Filter, Saved View, Column and selection behavior is covered in the shared List guides.
Events can have more structure than a simple flat List.
Depending on how your Events are configured, the List may visually organize information using:
A Performance belongs to an Event and represents one available performance, occurrence or registration time within that Event.
Performance rows are displayed with their Event for context, but they aren't independently selectable for Event bulk actions.
Event rows may also display information such as date, pricing, number of attendees, remaining capacity, registration status and other Event details.
Status indicators make it easier to identify Events that need attention.
Depending on an Event's setup, you may see indicators such as:
Performance rows can also show whether that Performance is disabled or full.
These indicators provide a quick summary without requiring you to open the Event.
The Events List includes several useful Preset Views:
These make it easy to move between common Event management tasks without manually rebuilding the necessary Filters each time.
You can also save your own Event views.
In addition to Search, the Events List includes Filters related specifically to Events.
Depending on your configuration, these may include:
Search and Filters work with the entire Events List, including the structure used to keep child Events and Performances connected to their Event.
Event row actions provide quick access to registration-related information.
Depending on the Event and your permissions, you may see:
Use Registrations when you need to manage the individual registrations received for that Event. The Events List itself is primarily for managing the Events rather than each individual registration.
Use the Event's three-dot (...) menu for Event-specific actions.
Depending on your permissions, these can include:
Share is especially useful once an Event is ready for people to access. Depending on your setup, sharing tools can provide public links and other ways to distribute the registration.
Events using reserved seating can provide additional tools directly from the Events List.
Depending on the Event, these may include:
These options only appear when they apply to the Event.
Some Event management tasks are available directly from the row menu so you can access them without first navigating through the Event editor.
Depending on your permissions and Event configuration, these may include:
These tools are designed for Event administration and post-registration cleanup rather than changing how the List itself is displayed.
Suspending registrations temporarily prevents new registrations without archiving or deleting the Event.
When applicable, use Suspend Registrations from the Event actions. A suspended Event can later use Resume Registrations.
Archiving moves an Event out of your normal active Event view while retaining it for historical access.
Archived Events are available from the Archived Events Preset View and can be unarchived when appropriate.
Delete is the destructive option and should only be used when you actually intend to permanently remove the Event.
Always read the confirmation before completing a deletion.
Select multiple Event rows when you need to perform the same management action on several Events.
Available bulk actions can include:
Performance rows aren't selectable for these Event actions.
Before completing a bulk action, check both the selected count and your Active filters.
The Events List provides both standard List exports and Event-specific reporting tools.
Standard List exports let you export Events based on your current Search, Filters and visible columns.
Event-specific options can include the Event Registrations Breakdown report and registration exports for an individual Event.
Additional reports are available from the Registrations List after opening a particular Event's registrations.
