From the menu: Events > Find your Event under Registrations and click on it
Event: Make sure you are on the right Event by looking at the Event Title. If not, choose from the drop-down menu the event you are checking in participants for
Display: Choose from the drop-down how you want the list of participants to be displayed.
Day of Event: Select one of the “On” options from the drop-down menu on the day of your event so that you can manage registrations, mark payments and check-in participants as they arrive for an event. Choose either “On” to check-in the participants when they arrive, or “On/Pick-Up” if you will not only be checking them in when they arrive but will be checking them out when they leave/are picked up.
Click on “Apply Filters”
Check in by clicking on the “Check-In” box, or scan or enter their Registration number/Ticket and pressing enter.
If using the On/Pick Up option and you use connection cards you can swipe/ scan or enter their card to check them in and out.
After you have checked them in, you will receive a pop up box showing if they have paid or not paid the total amount and what is still due.
If they are able to make payment at time of check-in, you can quickly record it here. Then select the participants from this registration you are checking in. Here you will have the option to check if you have received their waiver also if a waiver is due.
Click “Check-In” at the bottom of the pop up box to complete check in.
If there is more than one participant for a registration, you can check them in separately. You can check one in and then go back to check any others in when they arrive, by clicking the check in again and then selecting the participant.
