Account Plan Information and Settings

Connection Card Pro makes it easy to manage your organization’s account.

Your Account Information and Current Plan / Add-Ons can be found quickly here, along with your assigned Card numbers when using plastic cards with Connection Card Pro for check-in, etc.

Only those with the Account Billing permission will have access to this page.

If you wish to change anything on your plan, you can do that easily by going to Organization > Billing & Users > Billing & Plan. This can also be done by going to your Profile Image in the top right corner > Billing.

To View Your Account Information:

From the menu:
Organization > Billing & Users > Account Info 

Here you can:

• View your Account Information, your Group ID#, who the primary contact on your account is and when your account is paid through.
• View your Current Plan and Current Add-Ons for your Account.
• View your Assigned Card Numbers if you will be using plastic or paper cards for check-in, etc.
• View your previous Payments and Receipts.
• Print a PDF of any of your receipts.
• Cancel Account.
