Where Can I find the Status of a Background Check?

Connection Card Pro Background Checks offer different packages and Addons for what type of background check you would like to run on staff, volunteers, etc.

Background Checks are one of the best ways to verify and confirm the right candidate for the job, along with protecting your organization and ensuring your staff and volunteers meet your qualifications for safety

You can see the status of a persons background check directly from that person’s profile page.

From the menu:
People > View People > View button for the individual

Scroll down to the Background Check section - here you can see if a Background Check has already been completed or if one is pending, along with the date submitted and date last updated.
