Connection Card Pro saves all your files that you have generated from reports, mailing labels, menu access barcodes, etc. and keeps them accessible here for future needs. Your file uploads are available to all administrative users who have access to files. Other files/folders, such as transaction attachments, are only visible to users who have the appropriate permissions. From this page you can view, manage, and share files for your organization, and upload and add additional images or files.
From the menu: Account > Files
View all your organization’s files from reports, bar access barcodes, mailing labels, images, etc., or upload additional file or images here.
Click on the 3-dot menu at the right of the file line to View, Download, Rename, Move or Delete.
To create a New Folder, click on New Folder in the upper right to create folders to keep your files organized for easy retrieval.
To Upload a File to this page from our computer, click on Upload File in the upper right. Once you have uploaded a file, click on the 3-dot menu to Rename or Move it to a folder.
To move a file to one of your folders, click on the 3-dot menu to Move then select the folder from the list, and click on “Select”.
You can delete files here also, but be cautious when deleting any files, as deleting them will permanently remove that file from where it is linked, such as a person profile, form submission or group.
