Connection Card Pro's custom forms and surveys are easy to create and easy to share! We provide a link to use in an email, an embed code to add this to your website, and also the ability to create a QR code for sharing your form or survey.
From the menu: Forms > View Forms
Choose the Form/Survey you would like to share and click on “Share”
You can use the public link provided by copying and pasting to an email, etc. or copy the Embed Code to add directly to your website.
Or click on Get QR Code, and right click on the QR code image to save this image for using on any printed materials, digital signage, power point slide, etc.
