Connection Card Pro’s Form Results are automatically tabulated and shown in easy-to-read graphs and tables, along with individual results. Need to know how many of each size T-Shirt to order? Just look below at the Summary to see the sizes already tabulated for you! We also make communication with the individuals who have signed up easy too, right from the submissions page!
From the menu: Forms > View Forms
Choose the “Submissions” button to the right of the Form.
Here you can see your submissions for this form broken out individually.
From the display filters at the top (Review Status, Flag, Seen and Language) choose the submissions you would like to view.
To the left of each submission, you will see a drop-down menu to choose how you want to mark this submission, if applicable.
Click on “View” by an individual to see more information for that individual.
Click the person icon if you want to link this person to a person already in your database.
To see your sortable options and answers at a glance, scroll down the page to the Multiple Choice Summary. Only fields that are checked as “Sortable” when creating/editing the form will display in this table.
To communicate by email or text to all individuals who have signed up scroll down to the end of the list of names, select All, and in the batch action line click to send email or text.
