Connection Card Pro’s Letters features include everything needed for your mailouts! You can create a custom Letterhead template, along with creating Digital Signatures to add to your letters, and the ability to mail-merge names with addresses from your database to your letters and custom letterhead. Mail merge your letters to send to a Small Group(s), Department(s), Everyone, Members, Parents, Event Registrants, etc.
Compose your letters here for your mailouts. These letters can then be sent out to any people group by going to Communications > Letters & Mailings > Generate Letters.
From the menu: Communications > Letters & Mailings > Letter Templates
Select “Add New” to create a new letter template.
Name your letter for easy retrieval.
Compose the body of the letter, adding dynamic text for a name, etc. Such as {{FIRST_NAME}}. Do not add the date and recipients name and address, as they are added automatically and do not need to be included in the body. End your letter with any closing, such as Sincerely, etc..
To include a printed Signature under the signature, check the “Include printed signature” box.
On the “Select a Signature” line select “Generate Signature” from the drop-down menu OR select a previously saved signature. When generating a Signature here, type the name in the “Name for Signature” line, and in the “Style” field choose the signature style.
If you would like to upload yours or the person’s original signature, you can upload that in Communications > Letters & Mailings > Signatures.
Check to agree you are authorized to sign this letter for the individual.
Include your signature text by typing in the name in the Signature Text box.
Save Template.
