On-Site Training

Connection Card Pro has been designed with simplicity and ease-of-us in mind, allowing anyone to begin using it right away without training. However, it's a big platform with a lot of features. If you have the means and would like to make the most of Connection Card Pro, learning how to utilize it to its fullest extent, we would love to provide on-site training for your staff, leaders, and volunteers.

Customized Training

Before we arrive, we'll work with you to discover how your church or ministry operates and what features you would most benefit from. Then, we will prepare a training workshop custom tailored to your church. We'll always cover the basics of all features, but will spend most of the time training your leaders and volunteers in the areas that matter most to you.

Why On-Site? Why Not Virtual?

Technology has made it easy to communicate over long distances. But, we also feel that setting up a virtual training session can become more complicated and less personal. It can be tricky to see and hear sometimes and can make it difficult for us to answer your specific questions. When we're on-site, we can provide a much more personal training session, answer all of your questions, and even interact one-on-one after the session. It's simpler too, we bring a laptop and plug in to your television or projector.

We come to you!

It can be a hassle and expensive to take your ministry staff across the state or across the country to learn how to use software that you're paying for. That's why we come to you! You provide a room with access to a television or projector and we provide the instructor(s) and the training!

What's the Cost?

For on-site training, we charge a single flat fee, based on your location, which includes all travel costs. Depending on the time of year, where you're at, and if we are providing training to other churches nearby, these factors can help decrease the cost of on-site training. Typically, a 1 or 2 day workshop would cost around $2,000 to $2,500 depending on location and other factors. Keep reading below to see how to get on-site training for as low as $400!

How to Save Money

If you contact us, we can help your church find ways to save money on the cost of on-site training for your staff and volunteers. If you know of other churches in your area who use Connection Card Pro (or are interested in using Connection Card Pro), then you could split the cost of training with them and host their staff and volunteers to also attend the training session.
