Reassigning Classifications

Connection Card Pro offers you the ability to create as many different people classifications as you need, to help you with organizing people. We understand how fast things change, including how organizations may need to change their people classifications from time to time. Connection Card Pro makes it easy to change a classification and reassign the people under the old classification to the new one quickly and easily!

Use this option if you need to remove a classification and re-assign a new classification for all people in one classification to be changed to another classification.

From the menu:

People > People Settings > Classifications

• Before reassigning a classification, make sure you have the new one listed here, if not, click on “Add New” to add it now.
• Then return to the list of classifications and click the “Reassign” button to the right on row of classification you would like to reassign.
• Select from the pull-down menu if you would like to change all persons assigned to that classification to another classification or if you would like them all to be unassigned.
• Click on “Reassign Classification” or “Cancel”
