A Unique Giving Link is a special donation page or donation URL with its own preset settings.
Use Unique Giving Links when you want a specific giving experience for a particular purpose, campaign, event, fundraiser, or audience.

A Unique Giving Link gives you a dedicated giving page with its own options, such as:

This sets the default designation for the link.
A Unique Giving Link can exist with no default designation selected.
If you do select one:
When checked, donors will clearly see that their donation is being designated toward a specific cause.
This is especially helpful when the link is tied to one specific purpose and you want that to feel obvious and intentional.
When checked, the donor can choose from a list of available designations instead of being locked to only the default one.
If a default designation is selected:

Whenever a donor uses the link, Connection Card Pro will add them to the selected list(s).
Lists automatically prevent duplicates, so someone already on the list will not be added twice.

You can optionally assign a Text Keyword to the giving link.
This field is relevant when text giving / texting is enabled on your account.
It allows donors to text the keyword to the number shown in the interface in order to use that giving link.
When checked, the link becomes a fuller hosted donation page with:

Important: When previewing the giving page, the preview is a functioning preview. Entering payment information there can actually charge a card. Be careful when testing.
