Any Admin can scan tickets for your events as your ticket holders arrive to check in!
Open and log in to your Connection Card Pro App as an Admin User.
Click the “More” menu in the bottom right corner and select "Upcoming Events".
Click the Event you are scanning ticket barcodes for.
Scroll down to the Admin section and click on “Check-In/Scan Tickets” for your barcode reader to open and place the box for the barcode over the ticket barcode. The rear camera on your device will be used for the scan.
You can also View All Participants from here or View Arrived Participants if your registration option included requiring their name! If you had selected to do anonymous tickets, there will be no names to show here.
