Setup Guide – Where to Begin!

Connection Card Pro has so many features! Where is the best place to start? We have included a Setup Guide suggesting first steps to get you started. This guide will help you get started and show you how to get the most out of Connection Card Pro. You can work through these steps, or glance through them and go explore on your own and can come back to this setup guide at any time. We base each organization’s setup guide on the features they select and plan on using Connection Card Pro for.

To Find Your Setup Guide

From the Menu:
Account > Setup Guide

• Select your organization structure and follow through the steps, with just a few questions at the beginning.
• Choose to Dive in and explore a little on your own first, or let us help you with your first setup steps and continue following the steps, as this guide walks you through setting up some of your account, such as adding departments, people classifications, etc.

We highly recommend at least glancing through your setup guide when first starting. The reason being that when you set up some of the recommended first steps first, it will make the rest of your setup and entering of people, etc. go a lot easier and smoother!

Since your setup Guide is based on the features you selected that are of interest to you, not every feature may be included in your personal setup guide, but you can scroll to the bottom of this page to see all features with their necessary first step suggestions.
