Payment Processing Logs

Payment Processing fees are unavoidable, due to the credit card interchanges and banks involved. But, with Connection Card Pro, you can give your donors the option to increase their donation to cover the processing fee. When this happens, this effectively "lowers" the cost to your organization. We are still deducting the full fee, but your donors have given a bit more than they were originally planning to give, allowing you to keep the entire amount they intended to give. The effective rate is based on deducting additional amounts donated to cover the fees from the total fees charged.

Connection Card Pro provides you with a record to quickly see all your credit/debit card and ACH transactions that have been processed through your merchant account with your current balance and estimated fees for these transactions. To see ALL Income and expenses, go to your Registers page in Accounting > View Registers.

To View Current Balance and a Log of Payouts and Transactions

From the menu:
Accounting > Financial Settings > Payment Processing Logs

On this page you can view your organization’s credit/debit or ACH transactions processed, along with the estimated fees for that day to show you an estimate of what your fees will be.

You can also choose to View Batches by clicking on this option.
