Creating Custom Reports

Along with your Preset reports Connection Card Pro offers, we also offer you the ability to create your own Custom Reports! We offer several preset reports, but in case you don’t find what you are looking for there, you can create your own report!

Custom Reports gives you the flexibility to create your own reports from all your custom fields and people fields from within your person profiles. Once you create a custom report you can save it as a preset for future use! Just look for it at the top of your Generate Reports page under your Preset and Saved Reports for Report type! These custom reports can be saved and downloaded as a PDF or CSV file.

Building a Custom Report

From the menu:
Reports > Generate Reports

• Scroll down to the Custom Reports section.
• After entering your report title on the top line, you have the option to click “Save as a Preset” if needed for future reports.
• Choose the fields to be included, clicking the + sign to add more fields.
• Continue selecting all options below according to the kind of report you are building.
• Click “Generate Report”.

If you saved your report as a preset, next time you want to pull up this report go to your preset reports at the top and select from the drop-down for report type.
