Help Donors Set Up Recurring Giving

Connection Card Pro makes giving easy for your donors through our online giving platform, with several ways to give. Your donors can give a one-time gift or set up recurring giving with the date they would like the recurring giving to start, select from your list of designations where they would like their donation to go. They can also select if they would like to increase their donation to cover the processing fee, helping your organization! They have the option to give through ACH (in the U.S. only) or credit card.

Any donations given online through the following ways will be automatically recorded in their profile page under their “Giving” tab, and automatically recorded in your ledgers, making less work for you! The donors giving will also be listed in their personal hub for them to view.

Setting Up Recurring Giving

Donors can easily set up recurring giving making it easy for them to give weekly, biweekly or monthly automatically on your Giving platform.

Ways to Set Up Recurring Giving:

From the Giving Link

• Go to your Organizations Giving Link (accessed from the website, or email sent with the giving link, or using the Text to Give option).
• Fill out the amount and click “Make this a Recurring Gift”.
• Continue filling out all other information required.
• Click Next to go to the payment page to enter your payment and billing information.
• Click Pay

In your Personal Hub

• Go to your Personal Hub from either your Organizations website or from an Invite Link sent to you from your Organization.
• Log into your personal hub or create a log-in if this is your first time.
• Click on the Giving Tab in your Hub.
• Click on “Setup New Recurring Gift”
• Enter Amount and Check “Make this a Recurring Gift” and choose Designation.
• Add any Note and click Next.
• Enter your payment and billing information.
• Click Pay
