Recurring Giving Profiles

Connection Card Pro makes giving easy for your donors through our online giving platform, with several ways to give. Your donors can select from a list of your designations where they would like their donation to go, they have the option to increase their donation to cover the processing fee, give a one-time gift or set up recurring giving.

Any online donations and payments given through Connection Card Pro are automatically recorded in their profile page under their “giving” tab when you view their profile, and automatically recorded in your ledgers, saving you time and work! It is easy for donors to change the amount or frequency of their recurring giving in the hub portal.

Connection Card Pro’s Recurring Giving Profiles allow you to view and manage all current and past recurring giving profiles which have been set up by donors.

To View all Recurring Giving Profiles

From the menu:
Accounting > Financial Settings > Recurring Giving Profiles

• Click View to view a recurring gift. You can also verify your Register, Fund, Income and Expense Accounts set for recurring gifts here, along with any income or expense tags.
• Click Edit to edit any of any of your Account designations, or add Income or Expense Tags for Recurring Giving profiles. Save any changes.
• Click the red X to delete a recurring gift. 

Note: You cannot edit a person’s amount of giving. Donors are the only ones able to change their recurring giving amounts from their personal hub portal. If they do not want to create a login into their hub portal but want to the change the amount, you can delete this recurring gift from the red x to the right of their name, and then they can create a new recurring gift either from your website giving link or in the App.
