Check-Out

Checking Out from the Service Counter Kiosk

• Click on their name in the right “Currently Checked In” column and to their left of their name box that pops up click on the Check-Out button.

When individuals are signed in through the check-in, they are also marked present for the selected attendance event, so no need to go through your small group or class to mark attendance if they have been checked in! Their attendance will also show in their personal profile page under the “Attendance” tab.

Checking Out from the Self Check-In Kiosk

• When your event is coming to a close and students will be checking out soon, change to the “Check-Out” feature:
• From the Self-check-in via phone/card: Access the menu by typing, scanning or swiping your Menu Access Code. Currently your Menu Access code is set to 1500. This can be changed in Settings > General Settings.
• From the Visual Self-check-in: At the bottom of the screen click on “Admin” and enter your own personal Admin Code to bring up the toolbar.
• Select Check-In/Check-Out from top menu bar > “Check-Out Kiosk”. Kiosk now ready for check-out!
• They will enter their phone number or swipe card, or click on picture/name in Visual mode, same as when they checked in, to check out.
