Text Templates

The ability to create Text Templates for your automated texts comes with our Text messaging Add-On service. Our automated texts can help you connect with new guests easily and help you keep in contact with your members. Our Text Templates allow you to compose your own message if you prefer rather than using a generic message to your new guests when they text and receive an automated response with a link to a digital guest card, or when you want to send automated birthday greetings, or automated new guest texts from those entered from your check-in kiosk!

Text message templates are easy to create, save, edit or delete.

Go to
Communications > Text Templates

• Click on “Create New Template”
• Type in your text message to use as template
• Click on “Next” and name your template and Save!

Once you have created your templates you can use them in your automated birthday texts, automated new guests (kiosk) texts, and digital guest cards.
